As a Principal High-speed Digital Electronics Engineer you’ll design high-speed PCBs with FPGAs and microprocessors, lead hardware development across the full lifecycle, and collaborate with engineers to deliver robust hardware solutions for the GCAP radar

Qualifications

• Design cutting-edge high-speed digital PCBs with FPGAs and processors.
• Lead hardware development through full lifecycle from requirements to delivery.
• Produce clear technical docs with configuration control.
• Collaborate with engineers to solve integration challenges.
• Translate system requirements into robust hardware designs.
• Use schematic capture to realise designs.
• Design high-speed serial links using relevant protocols.
• Integrate hardware, firmware and software on bespoke platforms.
• Follow a methodical, process-driven design lifecycle.
• Debug, test and verify designs and support commissioning.
