Dixons Newall Green Academy in Manchester is seeking an exceptional principal to lead a growing secondary academy opened in 2023. You will shape a culture of high expectations, strong relationships and academic excellence that transforms life chances for students.

As a trusted senior leader, you will translate mission into ambitious plans, drive teaching improvement, safeguarding and inclusion, and work with families, governors and the trust to ensure the academy flourishes.

Dixons Academies Trust is seeking an exceptional principal to lead Dixons Newall Green Academy, a growing secondary academy in Wythenshawe, Manchester. Opened in September 2023, the academy is building something special: a culture of high expectations, strong relationships and academic excellence that will transform life chances for young people.

The role

As principal, you will provide the strategic and operational leadership needed to secure outstanding outcomes for every student. You will:

• translate our mission into ambitious plans and measurable impact
• champion safeguarding, inclusion and student wellbeing
• work closely with trust leaders, governors, families and the wider community to ensure the academy flourishes
