Job summary

G.Digital is seeking a Principal Full Stack Engineer for a cloud-native technology consultancy with a UK footprint. You will influence architectural choices across a varied client base, including public sector, NHS and private organisations, and drive strategic technology delivery rather than just writing code.

You will mentor engineers, engage with senior stakeholders, and help organisations improve delivery through technology, process, and culture.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines and agile delivery.
• Experience providing technical leadership across teams or programmes, shaping architectural decisions and mentoring engineers.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and translating business goals into technical outcomes.
• Public sector or healthcare experience is a bonus but not essential.
