Informed Solutions is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer to own the technical direction of large, public-sector digital solutions. You will guide teams across architecture, design, and delivery, ensuring scalable, secure services while partnering with Delivery Managers and stakeholders.

Based in the UK with hybrid options, you’ll work across .NET, Java, Python, Node.js, AWS/Azure to shape enterprise-grade digital services and mentor engineers in a collaborative, growth‑focused

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading Full Stack Engineering teams and ownership of large-scale services.
• Experience with architecture, design, and delivery across full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of microservices/serverless patterns and modern JS frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership for high-quality engineering across large, complex services.
• Own end-to-end architecture and design with strong documentation.
• Plan complex technical activities with Delivery Managers, provide estimates, mitigate risks.
• Build trusted client relationships and ensure technically and commercially sound solutions.
• Provide technical mentoring to maximise delivery quality and velocity.
