The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java, Python, Node.js, or C#, alongside substantial cloud architecture experience (AWS or Azure). Qualifications
Proven ability to lead L2/L3 support teams across diverse applications.
Experience in managed service operations.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities
Act as the highest technical escalation point within a managed service function.
Set and maintain engineering standards across teams.
Lead management and resolution of complex L2/L3 incidents.
Conduct root cause analysis and post-incident investigations.
Own service onboarding from a technical readiness perspective.
Participate in an on-call rota for incident response.
Mentor and support development of engineers at all levels.
Manage client relationships with service delivery colleagues.
Skills
Knowledge of Java, Python, Node.js, or C#
Hands-on cloud architecture experience with AWS or Azure
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
Understanding of ITIL practices
Experience leading engineering teams
