Lovable is seeking a seasoned Design Engineer to own and elevate landing pages and web experiences. You will ship interactive, high-quality front-end work in React/TypeScript, collaborating closely with design and marketing to empower the next generation of creators.

You’ll balance speed and polish, push for accessible, high-performance interfaces, and explore cutting-edge patterns such as micro-animations and WebGL where appropriate.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of frontend experience shipping web experiences users genuinely love.
• Portfolio showcasing landing pages and advanced web interactions.
• Ability to balance speed and polish, knowing when to ship versus refine.
• Strong fundamentals in modern frontend systems: React architecture, state management, performance, accessibility, scalable UI patterns.
• Experience turning explorations into production-ready experiences.
• Excellent design sense with attention to detail, usability and accessibility.
• Ideally pushing web boundaries with technologies like WebGL.

Responsibilities

• Own and elevate landing pages and web experiences to share Lovable with the world.
• Build landing pages with delightful interactions or collaborate with designers.
• Implement web interactions in React/TypeScript with focus on performance and cross‑browser consistency.
• Lead front-end execution, pioneering new interaction patterns and micro-animations.
• Collaborate with marketing to amplify Lovable's reach.
• Iterate on visuals with designers, turning explorations into scalable implementations.
• Develop and maintain reusable components for consistency and creativity across product and marketing.
• Reinvent how teams build for the web.
