Brandon James Ltd is seeking a Principal Fire Engineer to join their team in the Midlands. The role includes leading fire strategy development, overseeing technical reports, and providing design advice to clients. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Fire or Structural Engineering, strong consultancy experience, and knowledge of ADB, BS 9999, and BS 7974.
The position offers a salary of £70,000 – £90,000, a car allowance, a bonus scheme, hybrid working, private healthcare, and an enhanced pension.
Formación
- Degree in Fire Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong consultancy experience.
- Experience leading fire strategy projects.
- Knowledge of ADB, BS 9999 and BS 7974.
- Experience with residential and commercial schemes.
- Chartered status or working towards it would be advantageous.
Responsabilidades
- Lead fire strategy development.
- Oversee technical reports and support Building Control submissions.
- Provide design advice to architects and developers.
- Attend client meetings and review junior work.
- Contribute to business development across the Midlands.
