About the Role

As an Engagement Manager you are responsible for leading the delivery of customer projects, from post-sale through to a successful implementation. In this role, you will serve as the critical bridge between our technology and our customers' success. This is a high-velocity role where you will manage a portfolio of complex, simultaneous projects. You won't just follow a manual; you will own the delivery strategy, adapt methodologies to meet unique client needs, and facilitate complex, global deployments. We are looking for a seasoned professional who can handle the pressure of high-stakes, strategic transformations and has the maturity to lead by influence across diverse stakeholder groups. Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience of project management with HCM, Payroll, Financial or Student implementations within medium enterprise, large enterprise, higher education and/or state and local governments.
• 5+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or similar applications.
• Available to travel up to 5% for client engagements.

Other Qualifications

• Experience working with third party vendors and integration partners.
• Experience working on implementation projects for companies with 10,000+ employees.
• Excellent communication skills across multiple channels with the ability to adjust messaging to their audience.
• Experience managing a formal project plan using project plan software (MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike, Financial Force, etc.).
• Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to lead by influence.

Listed below is the base salary range applicable to this position.

Additional Location Base Pay Range: €94,900 EUR - €142,300 EUR Ireland
