ECM Selection in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to help design, develop and deliver next-generation medical device instruments. You will contribute to hardware design, prototyping and ECAD work in a collaborative MedTech setting.

Using Altium Designer, you will prototype, test and optimise architectures while complying with ISO13485 and related standards. Some travel may be required for international customer and supplier interactions.

Formación

• Degree in Electronics with significant industry experience in hardware design, prototyping, ECAD and manufacturing.
• Experience with medical device regulations ISO13485 is required.
• FPGA or Python for test automation desirable.
• Exposure to optics, embedded software or signal processing advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop and deliver electromechanical medical device instruments.
• Collaborate across engineering to optimise designs and testing.
• Work with regulated environments and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Occasional national and international travel may be required.
