Qualifications

• Chartered status or equivalent recognised by the industry.
• Proven technical knowledge in electrical/building services design and applicable regulations.
• Experience leading integrated design teams on complex projects.
• Excellent client facing skills and ability to manage challenging situations.
• Commercial awareness with cost monitoring and delivery profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead design delivery for significant, complex building services schemes.
• Define and manage design brief with clients; lead internal and external teams.
• Represent Hoare Lea at meetings; promote services to secure projects.
• Coordinate with disciplines and external consultants for coordinated designs.
• Mentor and develop junior staff; monitor project costs and resource needs.
• Ensure quality, technical accuracy and timely programme delivery.
