Job Description:

Are you an Electrical Engineering expert with a passion for hydropower? Do you excel at designing innovative hydro solutions and want to contribute to major hydro projects? If so, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

You will lead the electrical engineering design for hydropower projects, including generators, control and instrumentation systems, protection, substations, and transmission lines. Your role involves designing, modeling, and analyzing electrical and electronic systems to ensure project success in line with industry standards.

Required skills and experience:

• Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status (IET)
• Experience with High Voltage (HV) electrical systems
• Hands-on experience with large rotating machines (generators or motors), hydro or pumped storage hydro systems
• Proficiency in producing and interpreting design drawings and documents such as single line diagrams, key line diagrams, block cable diagrams, load schedules, specifications, and solution designs
• Ability to effectively present technical ideas

Please note, hybrid working arrangements are in place for this role, with occasional site visits.
