A great client of ours is looking for a Principal Electrical Engineer to join their Bristol office. Working as a key member of the team, you will be provided with the autonomy to design electrical services across various sectors and will be client-facing, representing the company at all levels, including managing a strong client list.

Their welcoming and diverse team is working on some of the most prestigious and innovative projects in the UK and internationally. Projects range from sustainability-focused offices and commercial premises to healthcare facilities, retail developments, and residential communities, offering opportunities to play a major role in delivering schemes across multiple sectors.

What we are looking for

• Strong experience with software such as Dialux, REVIT, and MagiCAD
• Relevant qualification in Electrical Services design
• Working towards Chartered status or interested in pursuing it
• Ability to work confidently both as part of a team and independently to deliver projects
• Understanding of project needs and ability to manage delivery
• Excellent communication skills adaptable to external clients and internal teams
• Good leadership skills with experience guiding and developing a team
