Egis is seeking a Principal – EIA & Consents to lead Environmental Impact Assessments and consenting strategies across major UK infrastructure programmes. Location options include London, Manchester or Bristol with hybrid working.

You will coordinate environmental inputs and develop robust mitigation while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver sustainable outcomes.

Competenze

• Knowledge of UK EIA Regulations and planning frameworks.
• Ability to interpret environmental data and identify constraints.
• Clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience supporting EIAs, environmental planning or consenting projects.
• Professional membership with IEMA/CIEEM/CIWEM/RTPI encouraged.

Mansioni

• Lead and contribute to EIAs, scoping and Environmental Statement chapters for T&D, energy, water and transport projects.
• Coordinate environmental inputs (air quality, noise, biodiversity, water, climate).
• Develop mitigation strategies and support DCO, TCPA submissions.
• Build relationships with clients, regulators and stakeholders.
• Contribute to consultations, workshops and project reporting.
