Job summary

Flohealth is expanding its Velocity team in the UK to build a scalable, AI-powered platform. You will architect and deliver self-service tooling, drive platform engineering across AWS, EKS and Terraform, and lead reliability initiatives to ensure high-availability services used by millions.

You will shape privacy-first, scalable infrastructure while collaborating with product teams. The role demands senior expertise and a hands-on, doc-first mindset in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in AWS infrastructure, DevEx, SRE, or DevOps roles.
• Deep expertise in AWS and Kubernetes.
• Proficient with Terraform and Python/Go/Scala.
• Comfortable across the stack from frontends to infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop self-service tooling for product teams to increase autonomy.
• Architect and evolve core stack (AWS, EKS, Terraform).
• Lead reliability initiatives and on-call rotation.
• Support privacy features and observability.
• Monitor and improve system health to prevent user impact.
