Job summary

Une société de conseil en construction de premier plan recherche un Consultant CDM Principal pour rejoindre son équipe londonienne. Vous aurez un rôle essentiel dans la conformité réglementaire au sein des équipes, en apportant votre expertise dans la livraison de services CDM à divers clients. Avec un minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience, le candidat idéal possédera une certification NEBOSH et d'autres qualifications pertinentes, ce qui contribue à un environnement de travail dynamique et engagé.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 ans d'expérience en conception/délivrance CDM.
• Certification NEBOSH dans le secteur de la construction ou général requis.
• Doit détenir des qualifications de corps professionnels tels que CABE, CIAT ou CIOB.

Responsibilities

• Assurer la conformité réglementaire au sein des équipes projet.
• Livrer des services CDM pour des clients publics et privés.
• Travailler au sein de contrats à cadre multidisciplinaires.

Principal Designer - Health & Safety CDM Consultant

London

Due to continued growth, this leading construction consultancy are looking for a Principal Designer / CDM Consultant to join their London based team.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance within the project teams. Experience may include the delivery of CDM services for both public and private Clients, across multiple Sectors within the construction industry including commercial, residential and education, working within multidiscipline framework agreements.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a minimum of 3-5 years CDM design / delivery experience, and must have NEBOSH (Construction or General) certification and also hold one or more of the below:

GradIOSH (Level 3 Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health.)

Affilate MaPS (Completion of study)

Affiliate IIRSM

Design and or Construction related professional bodies such as CABE, CIAT or CIOB
