Responsibilities include adhering to CDM 2015 regulations, supporting clients as a CDM Advisor, and possessing a deep understanding of design, construction processes, and relevant legislation.
Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in construction, health and safety, or engineering; Chartered status preferred, NEBOSH qualification advantageous.
Experience: Proven consultancy experience, mentoring skills, and collaboration across teams.
Skills: Knowledge of innovative solutions, project management from concept to completion, and CDM Regulations 2015 expertise.
