With a robust pipeline of projects throughout the UK, our client is expanding their design management team and is looking for an experienced Principal Design Manager to lead a £300M Major Project in Cardiff.

The Role:

As Principal Design Manager, you'll take a key leadership role in managing the design process across this scheme.

You will also be working closely with internal teams, consultants and subcontractors you'll ensure practical design solutions are developed and delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

Previous background working with a Main Contractor - Ideally Tier 1

Knowledge of Uk building regulations and Industry standards

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
