The Role:

As Principal Design Manager, you'll take a key leadership role in managing the design process across this scheme.

You will work closely with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure practical design solutions are developed and delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in design management
• Previous background working with a Main Contractor - Ideally Tier 1
• Knowledge of UK building regulations and industry standards
