Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver designs within the budget
• Manage resource allocations to ensure team members are fully utilised
• Collaborate with the SMT to assist with projects from other offices and disciplines
• Ensure that all designs incorporate the requirements of relevant authorities and bodies
• Authorize design information and reports
• Ensure all designs are prepared in accordance with MCHW and DMRB guidance

Qualifications and Experience:

• Knowledge of Section and Section 38 highway design projects
• Experience in developing, mentoring, and supervising Highway Design staff
• Strong working knowledge of highways technical documents within the DMRB
• Experience managing the development of contract documents in accordance with relevant Highway contracts
• Experience in highway drainage design and proficiency with MicroDrainage software
• Working knowledge of the Civils 3D CAD package
