Aristocrat is seeking a Principal Data Scientist to join Product Madness in London. You will lead high-impact data science initiatives, building ML and reinforcement learning solutions to boost player engagement, retention, and monetization.

Formación

• PhD or MSc in Data Science, CS, Stats, Physics, Maths or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in professional data science with 3 ML products from problem to production.
• Proficiency in clustering, predictive modeling, reinforcement learning and Bayesian stats.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end data science initiatives, from framing to impact measurement.
• Build ML and RL solutions to improve engagement, monetization and retention.
• Define and uphold model engineering standards including validation and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with game teams to define success metrics and decision frameworks.
• Drive experimentation with A/B and bandit testing and online-offline alignment.
• Mentor and coach data science teams and review code.
