Job summary

Mintel is seeking a Principal, Data & AI Integration in London to lead how clients integrate Mintel content, data and capabilities into their ecosystems. You will define what the integration returns, ensure clarity and trust, and work with engineers, product managers and the data team to deliver value in client environments.

You will spend significant time with clients to understand their workflows, remove obstacles and shape the roadmap from client evidence to practical integration outputs.

• Ability to read integration outputs and test like a client system
• Information design: structure data so it’s trustworthy and usable

Responsibilities

• Understand clients and their real goals with Mintel integrations
• Shape the integration experience with clear descriptions and naming
• Collaborate with Data Product and Engineering to convert client evidence into roadmaps
• Evaluate performance in client environments and diagnose issues
• Develop best practices and enablement for clients and Sales/Acct Mgmt
