At Atlassian, we are seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager for the UKI public sector. You will partner with government, NHS, higher education, and public bodies to realise the full value of Atlassian investments, guiding cloud migrations and modern ways of working across our portfolio.

Your background includes 8+ years in customer success or related roles, with 3–5+ years supporting public sector organisations, and you will drive strategic advisory, adoption, and ROI across complex

Qualifications

8+ years in Customer Success Management or a transferable customer-facing role supporting complex strategic accounts
3–5+ years working with, advising, or managing Public Sector organisations across Central/Local Government, NHS/Healthcare, Higher Education, or Irish public bodies

Responsibilities

Build Strategic Trusted Advisor Relationships with senior civil servants, IT leaders, and transformation directors across UK & Ireland Public Sector accounts
Champion Cloud Migration & Digital Transformation for public sector customers; guide major transformation initiatives
Drive Value Realisation by formulating Customer Success Plans and Executive Business Reviews with measurable ROI
Navigate Public Sector procurement rhythms and frameworks to accelerate deployment timelines
Cross-Functional Alignment with Enterprise Sales, Solutions Engineering, Cloud Migration specialists, Product teams, and Partners
