Millbank Holdings Ltd in Warrington is seeking a Chartered Engineer to lead multidisciplinary CS&A teams on complex, highly regulated nuclear and infrastructure projects. The Principal CS&A Engineer will drive civil, structural, and architectural design, manage interfaces with delivery partners, and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery across UK programs.

The role is office-based with site visits, requires an MEng (or equivalent) and CEng, with a proven ability to guide professionals and

Competenze

Chartered Engineer with proven leadership in CS&A on complex, highly regulated projects.
MEng or equivalent qualification; CEng membership preferred.
Experience delivering civil, structural and architectural design packages in regulated industries (nuclear preferred).
Experience working within quality assured, regulated environments and coordinating with delivery partners.

Mansioni

Lead CS&A engineers and architects to deliver civil, structural and architectural design.
Manage interfaces between the design team and delivery partners.
Develop substantiation and obtain approvals while identifying risks and mitigations.
Produce schedules, milestones and deliverables lists (drawings, specs, reports, BIM).
