RPS is seeking a Principal EIA Consultant to join our team, based in Abingdon, London, Cardiff, Manchester, or Edinburgh. We are engaged in some of the UK's most significant infrastructure projects, including large-scale energy developments such as solar, offshore wind, interconnectors, and energy storage. Our portfolio includes the Gatwick Airport Northern Runway Project, Morgan and Mona Offshore Wind Projects, and others.
We work with major companies like bp renewables, EnBW, Flotation Energy, Alcemi, and others, building a strong track record in renewables, transport, and net-zero initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have excellent report writing skills, experience managing EIA projects, and detailed knowledge of the EIA process. A relevant environmental degree and experience in consultancy are essential, with digital EIA experience and NSIP/DCO project experience being desirable. A full UK driving license is required.
