You will recruit across Oracle, SAP, and Data & AI, build lasting client relationships, and take ownership of your desk to develop new opportunities and expand our market presence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in contract or permanent recruitment.
• Experience recruiting within Oracle, SAP, Data & AI.
• Strong business development skills and the confidence to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Consultative approach with focus on understanding clients, candidates, and markets.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for experienced consultants who bring a combination of market knowledge, commercial drive, and a genuine passion for recruitment.

Ideally, you will have:

• 3+ years' experience in contract or permanent recruitment, with a proven track record of success.


• Experience recruiting within Oracle, SAP, Data & AI, or closely related enterprise technology markets.


• Strong business development skills and the confidence to build, grow, and maintain long-term client relationships.


• A consultative approach, with a real focus on understanding your clients, candidates, and specialist market.


• The ambition to take ownership of your desk, develop new opportunities, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
