As a Principal Consultant, you'll lead on 360 delivery — from sourcing to client relationship management — in a high-performing, high-reward culture.

Role Highlights:

The Principal Consultant will…

• Win and grow client accounts, building repeat business across key verticals
• Source, assess and place top-tier marketing talent via proactive search methods
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation
• Attend and host industry events to build presence and network
• Work cross-functionally with consultants across the wider 11 Investments brands

You Will Need:

• A consistent billing record (£200k+ in the last 12 months ideal)
• Proven experience signing and delivering into new clients
• Exposure to marketing recruitment (or strong interest in the space)
• Confidence in negotiation, business development and candidate management
• A positive, team-first mindset and willingness to keep learning
