Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer with experience in the energy sector or similar regulated industries.
• Experience in regulated environments, such as nuclear or defence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Mentoring and developing junior staff within a project delivery context.
• Ability to lead and deliver projects from feasibility to commissioning in energy/defence infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to projects from feasibility to commissioning across energy, defence, and infrastructure sectors.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external clients to deliver cost-effective solutions.
• Oversee civil design and checks for diverse energy and infrastructure projects.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and specifications for civil works.
• Mentor junior staff and foster an inclusive, high-performance team culture.
