Qualifications

• Engineering degree with professional registration or progress towards chartered status.
• Proven track record of leading Civil Engineering teams on complex schemes.
• Strong knowledge of design standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review civil design deliverables to ensure compliance with processes and standards.
• Input into CDM and commissioning strategy meetings.
• Review CDM deliverables to ensure completeness across projects.
• Maintain portfolio awareness and disseminate technical knowledge across the team.
• Ensure compliance with Minimum Asset Standards and provide constructive challenges.
• Work across Alliance and Pan-Alliance to establish common standards and processes.
• Implement and adopt new digital technologies for fully attributed 3D models.
• Provide one‑on‑one or team‑based technical guidance to engineers.
• Develop design alerts to promote learning and improvement.
