Hybrid role (2 days on site/3 days remote)
We are seeking a Principal Business Analyst to lead the Business Analysis team within Digital and Integration (D&I) as part of the COO CD&I function.
The successful candidate will lead the analysis team, be part of the Senior Leadership team, manage line reporting, and work closely with senior stakeholders including Programme Managers, Chief Product Owners, and Lead Architects/Engineers.
This role supports the CIO, Programme Director, and other senior leaders in shaping and prioritizing outcomes and delivery objectives. It involves leading business analysis activities, resolving complex problems, and providing strategic options and guidance.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior leaders, influencing stakeholders, making recommendations, leading analysis teams, and driving continuous improvement in analysis practices.
Qualifications and experience required include leadership skills, experience in managing large teams, knowledge of project methodologies, strategic analysis skills, and excellent facilitation and change management capabilities.
