A bit about the job:
As a Principal Business Analyst, you’ll be accountable for liaising closely with business stakeholders to define and manage the scope and requirements of highly complex programmes to ensure key business goals are met with appropriate technology solutions. Your leadership will be crucial in supporting programmes or portfolios through the strategic shaping, development, testing and implementation lifecycle.
The successful individual will lead a team of Business Analysts, collaborating closely with senior product owners, design, development and testing teams to ensure alignment and integrity of proposed solutions to meet business needs. We’ll look to you to lead and contribute to relevant business and programme meetings, as well as lead business analysts to help us develop and execute the change strategy.
Delivering for customers is crucial, so considering their needs and being prepared to challenge decisions that are not in their best interests is vital. The position holder will need to understand other change initiatives, recognise dependencies, and spot where business benefits can be realised through collaboration between programmes.
