You'll assume ownership of your customer base and will collaborate closely with account management and administrative teams, upholding the highest level of satisfaction amongst clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering top‑notch service to customers
• Owning your customer base and surpassing contractual standards
• Working in close coordination with customers to pinpoint and rectify operational issues
• Teaming up with internal departments to effectuate on‑field quotations
• Contributing towards the identification of energy and enhancement projects and proposing mutually beneficial solutions

The Ideal Candidate

• Primary knowledge of BEMS systems like Trend, Tridium, or EcoStruxure
• Proven experience in a field service environment
• Ability to work solo without supervision
• Unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional level of customer satisfaction
• A penchant for technology and innovation
• Holder of a full UK driving license
