Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Principal Biostatistician with integrated analysis experience to lead statistical activities across multi-study programs in a EU-based remote role. You will guide project teams, ensure high-quality analyses, and contribute to study design and regulatory submissions.

You will mentor junior biostatisticians, oversee SAPs, and collaborate with sponsors and external partners to deliver robust statistical solutions.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in biostatistics or related discipline (Master minimum).
• Integrated analysis experience with IASAP and related specs is required.
• Strong submission and clinical development expertise with regulatory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across multiple studies or programs and act as sponsor contact for biostatistics.
• Mentor biostatisticians and develop training materials.
• Prepare SAPs and review analysis datasets, tables, listings and figures.
• Oversee statistical analysis lifecycle from protocol to CSR and support regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external sponsors.
