You will mentor engineers, oversee drainage, highways and site infrastructure, and drive technical excellence with a strong client-facing focus.

Qualifications

• Chartered Civil Engineer status or working towards Chartership.
• Strong UK consultancy experience in civil engineering, drainage and infrastructure design.
• Proven experience managing projects and leading technical teams.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, InfoDrainage, Causeway Flow).

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects from concept through to construction.
• Manage, mentor and develop engineers and technicians.
• Oversee highways, earthworks, levels, external works and site infrastructure design.
• Lead drainage strategies, SuDS, foul and surface water drainage design.
• Review and approve technical drawings, calculations, models and reports.
• Manage client relationships, project programmes, resources, fees and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, multidisciplinary teams and statutory authorities.
• Support fee proposals, business development and the continued growth of the team.

The Role
