Alfred Recruitment LLP and an established engineering consultancy seek an Associate Civil Engineer to lead projects, grow the Civil Engineering team and nurture client relationships. The role blends technical leadership with delivery excellence and business development.

You will oversee drainage and infrastructure design, manage budgets, and mentor colleagues in a hybrid working environment as the team expands.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years' post-graduate experience in civil engineering.
• Strong building drainage and infrastructure design experience.
• Experience across roads, earthworks and utilities.
• Knowledge of underground drainage, including pumped basement drainage.
• Experience with drainage strategies, storm and foul water attenuation, SuDS and flood risk assessments.
• Proficiency in MicroDrainage.
• A track record of managing projects, budgets, client relationships and teams.
• Strong commercial and communication skills.
