Job summary

Intellias is seeking a hands-on principal security architect/engineer to work at the intersection of enterprise IAM, platform engineering, and agentic AI security. You will design and ship IaC-driven identity patterns, credential flows, and onboarding standards for a regulated financial environment.

The role requires 8+ years in security architecture or platform engineering, deep knowledge of OIDC/OAuth2/JWT, HashiCorp Vault, Keycloak, and Terraform, and proven leadership of distributed teams,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security architecture and/or platform engineering with production code shipping.
• Deep knowledge of identity and authorisation protocols: OIDC/OAuth2/JWT.
• Hands-on Vault experience including dynamic/secrets management.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship IaC-driven, self-service identity patterns across the estate.
• Define the undefined agentic runtime security model and related access controls.
• Lead near-shore engineering teams, review designs and code, and unblock delivery.
• Present options and trade-offs to client stakeholders in design sessions.
