An established industry player is seeking a Principal Appian Developer to lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality technical solutions. Location: Bristol, Leicester or Plymouth + Hybrid Working Arrangements (two days per week in the office)
Compensation: £75,000 – £80,000

As a highly skilled and experienced Principal Appian Developer, you will lead a team of dedicated developers to deliver technical solutions for customers on time and to the expected quality standards set by the Systems Development Manager.
Day-to-day responsibilities include working with multiple workflow applications (both new and existing), undertaking requirements reviews, technical design, modelling, software development, unit testing, and deployment of applications, along with continual improvement of existing applications.
This is a full-time role, 35 hours per week, offering hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.
Agile working arrangements may be available, applying principles of fairness and consistency while meeting business needs.
