Job summary

IC Resources is seeking a Principal Antenna Engineer in Leominster for a senior technical leadership role within the antenna engineering function. This permanent, site-based position offers £68,000-£75,000 plus benefits, with occasional remote work by exception and travel within the UK and abroad.

Qualifications

Experience in RF/antenna engineering across concept to manufacture.
Strong grasp of electromagnetic theory and RF measurement techniques.
Hands-on leadership and ability to guide multiple projects and bids.

Responsibilities

Lead antenna and RF product development from concept to production.
Provide technical leadership across complex engineering programmes.
Act as deputy to the Chief RF Engineer and delegated design authority when required.
Mentor engineers and support knowledge sharing within the department.
