Job summary

Ex-Mill Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to work in Enfield, North London. You will join a leading engineering team, taking ownership of key RF and antenna development work packages within maritime and defence sectors.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in RF/microwave engineering and enjoy leading small projects. The role offers a competitive salary of £60-65k plus benefits, including 25 days holiday and the possibility of remote work part of the week.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in RF/microwave PCB design.
• Knowledge of RF components like power amplifiers and LNAs.
• Experience with RF system design and cascade analysis.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment like spectrum analysers.
• Solid understanding of antenna theory and design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of RF and antenna systems.
• Design and maintain RF solutions and product improvements.
• Manage technical requirements and verification activities.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and clients.
• Maintain RF production test solutions.
• Plan and manage smaller engineering work packages.
