Job summary

King is seeking an experienced Principal Analyst to join the Central Analytics team. You will synthesize complex business questions into clear hypotheses, develop actionable KPIs, and deliver insights that shape executive decisions across products like Candy Crush.

You will lead cross-functional analytics, partner with stakeholders, and elevate data-driven strategy across the portfolio. You will combine King’s data with player insights and market intelligence, establishing standard analytics

Responsibilities

• Lead the reporting to King’s Leadership Team across S&OP, Quarterly Reviews and OKRs.
• Establish actionable KPIs with the BPTnR team to set up dashboards.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify business drivers across our portfolio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, finance and strategy.
• Provide thought leadership on growth, operational improvements and performance optimisations.
