Job summary

Fresha seeks a Principal Analyst to own analytics for its Commercial function in London. You will partner with Sales, Account Management and Customer Experience to build decision-support systems, forecast key metrics, and shape pricing and compensation models.

This senior individual contributor role requires autonomy, end-to-end analysis, and impactful insights to steer growth and retention. Four days in office; Wednesdays remote reflect our hybrid model.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in a senior analytical role with strong commercial analytics or FP&A background.
• Deep forecasting, unit economics and pricing analysis experience.
• Comfort with compensation and incentive structures and data-driven decision making.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with dbt and modern data stack experience.

Responsibilities

• Design decision-support systems for commercial teams and track revenue outcomes.
• Own analytics for Direct Sales, Account Management and retention.
• Build and maintain unit economics models and pricing analyses.
• Forecast key metrics and design experiments for pricing/retention interventions.
• Automate insights using AI tooling and write production-grade SQL/Python.
