Job summary

ICIS is building the AI capability that will define how chemical markets get intelligence, and this role owns the platform foundations that make it possible. You will define the AI-ready data strategy, semantics layer, and MCP-first distribution approach that powers internal product teams, partner integrations, and AI-native customer experiences.

This is a highly influential individual contributor role where you will shape platform standards, drive adoption, and help establish how ICIS delivers

Qualifications

• Experience shipping platform capabilities that others build upon (APIs, data products, or semantic layers).
• Proven ability to own platform strategy, roadmaps and delivery outcomes in data/AI environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling through prototypes, integrations, or agents.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform mission and roadmap for AI-ready data, semantics, and MCP-first distribution.
• Define standards, schemas, versioning, and quality measures for AI-ready data.
• Evaluate customer signals to identify repeatable workflows to turn into primitives.
• Drive adoption of platform primitives across internal product teams and measure impact.
• Shape AI-native distribution strategy across protocols, channels, integrations, and commercial approaches.
• Lead the AI-ready data and content operations platform squad without direct people management.
• Co-author the operating model for scalable AI platforms including governance and responsible AI.
• Partner with stakeholders to accelerate adoption, integrations, and commercial opportunities.
