Miryco Consultants Ltd, London, is seeking a senior Actuarial AI leader at Principal level to shape and deliver AI propositions across actuarial and insurance markets. The role combines deep actuarial expertise with AI and technology transformation, leading client engagements from opportunity to implementation.

You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, translate actuarial workflows into scalable AI solutions, advise senior stakeholders, and develop new client propositions.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified actuary with strong insurance knowledge and end-to-end actuarial workflow understanding.
• Experience applying AI, ML or advanced analytics to actuarial or insurance challenges.
• Proven track record leading client engagements and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and delivery of actuarial AI proposition across insurance value chain.
• Translate actuarial requirements into practical AI use cases and roadmaps.
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI strategy and actuarial process transformation.
• Lead client engagements from opportunity to design, implementation and adoption.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers and actuarial professionals to deliver solutions.
• Drive business development and grow the Actuarial AI practice.
