PwC is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead AI-enabled solution design and delivery in the insurance sector, collaborating with engineers, data scientists, actuaries and insurance specialists. You will shape architectures for Generative AI and agentic systems, ensuring robust, scalable, and compliant outcomes in a regulated environment.

You will guide and mentor technical teams, shaping problem definitions to deployment, with responsibility across data, models, and enterprise integration.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering technology-enabled transformation in insurance or financial services.
• Practical experience with modern AI/analytics approaches (Generative AI, agentic systems, advanced analytics).
• Understanding of data pipelines, model lifecycle, and enterprise integration.

• Lead design and delivery of AI-enabled solutions across pricing, reserves, capital modelling, finance transformation and risk analytics.
• Shape architectures for Generative AI and agentic systems, including data, models, orchestration and integration decisions.
