Job Description:

We’re excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Site Sales Negotiator to join the onsite team at The Whiteley, one of London’s most prestigious and exclusive residential developments.

Knight Frank has been appointed as Joint Sole Sales Agent for this landmark scheme, which will deliver 139 private residences as part of a wider £1 billion transformation of the historic Whiteleys department store in Bayswater. This development is not just about new homes - it’s about reimagining a London icon. Alongside beautifully crafted apartments, the wider regeneration includes a world-class Six Senses hotel and spa, boutique retail, curated dining, and state-of-the-art leisure facilities - all moments from Hyde Park.

As a Site Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a vital role in bringing this project to life for prospective buyers, initially selling off-plan from the state-of-the-art presentation suite and show apartment. You’ll also benefit from the full support and reach of Knight Frank’s global network, collaborating closely with our International Marketing, New Homes, and Prime Central London sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct viewings and present the development with passion and precision
  • Register buyers and build long-term relationships with applicants
  • Handle offer negotiations and manage deals through to exchange and completion
  • Act as the key point of contact for the client, providing regular feedback and updates
  • Deliver against individual sales targets while contributing to team success
  • Maintain detailed competitor and market analysis to inform strategy
  • Provide exceptional client service throughout the sales journey

What We’re Looking For

While experience in New Homes sales is an advantage, it’s not essential. We’re looking for a proactive, professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You’ll have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for property, and the confidence to present to a wide range of clients.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Confident communicator and presenter, comfortable with high-net-worth clients
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deals
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and departments
  • A good understanding of the London property market, particularly Prime Central London
