Job summary

Knight Frank is the market-leading residential agency in Hampstead, renowned for delivering exceptional results, trusted advice, and unrivalled service across North London’s prime property market. We are looking to hire an ambitious and accomplished fee earner to join our high achieving Hampstead Sales team focusing on Prime and Super Prime listings.

You will drive revenue by winning instructions and nurturing client relationships, working with some of Hampstead’s most prestigious homes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in high-end residential sales.
• Strong networks with vendors and buyers in Hampstead/North London.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with vendors, buyers, and key stakeholders throughout the sales process
• Conduct and oversee viewings, negotiate offers, and secure sales at the highest possible level, setting deals up for success and managing the process through to completion
• Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring the highest standards of service and professionalism at every stage
• Manage enquiries across all channels, including telephone, digital, and face-to-face interactions
• Maintain accurate records and reporting through Knight Frank’s internal systems, understand the importance of a diligent attitude toward best practice
