Job summary

Knight Frank Hampstead is looking for an ambitious residential fee earner to join our high achieving Hampstead Sales team focused on Prime and Super Prime listings. You will be entrusted with the sale of some of Hampstead's most prestigious homes, advising on properties valued at £3 million and above, while collaborating with respected professionals to drive revenue and client relationships.

You will play a pivotal role in strengthening Knight Frank's position as the agent of choice in Hampstead

Qualifications

• Experience as residential sales professional at Associate/Director/Partner level.
• Proven track record of winning business and delivering sales results.
• Knowledge of Hampstead and wider North London market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with vendors, buyers and stakeholders.
• Conduct viewings, negotiate offers and secure high-value sales through to completion.
• Provide expert pricing, market advice and exceptional client care throughout the journey.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience with the highest standards of service.
• Manage enquiries across telephone, digital and in-person channels.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in internal systems.
• Contribute to growth and market share in Hampstead and North London.
