Qualifications

• Established residential sales professional at Associate, Director, or Partner level or an exceptional senior fee earner seeking the next career step.
• Proven track record of winning business, building lasting client relationships and delivering sales results.
• Knowledge of Hampstead and wider North London residential market is advantageous.
• Experience selling prime and upper-prime residential properties is highly desirable.
• Commercially minded, driven and motivated to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
• Outstanding communicator with strong negotiation and consultative approach.
• Collaborative, ambitious and eager to contribute to a high-performing team culture.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with vendors, buyers, and key stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Conduct and oversee viewings, negotiate offers, and secure sales at the highest level, guiding deals to completion.
• Conduct market appraisals, provide pricing and marketing advice, and deliver exceptional client care throughout the journey.
