Job summary

Rullion Ltd. is advertising a contract Senior Planner to develop and manage complex schedules for a nuclear sector project in the United Kingdom. The role requires expert Primavera P6 skills and solid experience in programme planning and project controls.

You will lead WBS-based planning, forecast updates, baselines, and change analysis, while resource loading and reporting to stakeholders are key responsibilities. Mentoring across the planner community will be encouraged.

Qualifications

• Expert in Primavera P6 and project controls practices.
• Experience in programme / project planning including best practice planning methodology.
• Understanding of all disciplines within project controls.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Prioritising and working to challenging timescales.
• Nuclear industry experience and DV clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule development and setup including defining WBS and developing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Manage forecast updates with internal/external stakeholders to align with P6 standards and master timeline.
• Baseline management: create and maintain baselines with project team to meet requirements.
• Manage change of requirements via change process; perform What-if schedules and impact analysis.
• Resource loading schedules using Enterprise WBS Dictionary for resource levelling and impact analysis.
• Create and present reports to stakeholders; input data into meetings and reviews.
• Support the development of the planner community through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
