Job summary

Manpower (United Kingdom) is seeking an experienced Senior Planner for a 12-month contract on-site at Aldermaston. The role focuses on developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, baselining, and reporting to senior stakeholders within a defence sector programme.

The ideal candidate will have strong Primavera P6 expertise, WBS definition, and resource planning experience, with the ability to mentor less experienced planners and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and baselines.
• Define Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and manage schedule updates.
• Produce planning reports for senior stakeholders and programme reviews.
• Mentor junior planners and share knowledge within the team.
