Wellington Eagles Primary Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated and supportive team. You will play an important role supporting staff and students on their educational journey and help foster a positive, inclusive classroom. This fixed-term, full-time role (39 weeks) runs 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30–15:30 with a half-hour unpaid break.

Actual salary is £18,733–£19,027 (DOE) pro rata. Closing date: 9 October 2026.

• Assist teaching staff in delivering lessons and supporting pupils in activities.
• Support pupil learning, behaviour management and safeguarding under supervision.
